Rates are for a party of two, weekly surcharge of €85,50 per additional person. X-mas and Easter minimum stay of 14 days required and 10% high season surcharge. Monthly rates upon request.
Included in the rent are: Pool service, lawn service, garbage collection, water and sewer, linen and towels and local home management. Electricity is included up to US-$35.00 per week, higher consumption will be settled with the security deposit upon check out with $0.12 / KWH. Final cleaning of US-$130.00 to be paid in cash upon check in. After a rental period of 1 week there is the option to rent daily (prorated).
