Estudio Príncipe is fully furnished modern studio attic apartment situated right in the centre of Madrid near all the important sights, monuments and museums.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or 2 friends since the apartment has a double bed and also a double pull-out sofa bed. It is located on the 4th floor of a totally refurbished building just round the corner from the beautiful Plaza Santa Ana square and 2 minutes walk from Madrid's most central square, the Puerta del Sol.
The apartment building has a lift or elevator, although you have to walk up a few steps to access. There is also an automatic front door control with video, allowing you to see your guests from the apartment, before opening the door to them.
The apartment is a single space in an L-shape consisting of a kitchen/dining room area and a bedroom/lounge area, and also has a bathroom with shower.

This apartment is located near all the major sights and museums in Madrid. It is just around the corner from the central Plaza Santa Ana square and 2 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, where you can also find a Metro station. This central location is well served by numerous bus and Metro services and there are public carparks in Plaza Santa Ana or the nearby Plaza Jacinto Benavente.
The Prado museums is just 5 minutes walk down Huertas street, and the Thyssen museum is the same distance. Plaza Mayor is 10 minutes walk away.
Calle Príncipe is a short street leading onto the Plaza Santa Ana. Very little traffic passes down this street, making it a quiet central location, although it has plenty of interesting restaurants, cafeterias and shops. There are several bars and cafeterias with outdoor terraces in the Plaza Santa Ana square and many other shops and restaurants in the surrounding areas.
