•Security deposit 400 euros is given to arrival and delivery of keys. The house is available for rent throughout the year the large three bedroom residence. Prices start at 278 GBP, per week low season. To make a definite booking we require 50% deposit and Balance to be paid 7 days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded on your return, once the safe return of keys, remotes controls and the house in same condition as let, are confirmed by our agent.We can accept payments by bank transfer in GBP or Euros. The villa must be vacated at 12.00 am on the date of departure. This is necessary to allow for the villa to be cleaned for the next visitors.Reservations cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received.
